Acid attack on buffaloes due to predation..!?

In the Mettupalayam Kallar area of Coimbatore, cattle breeders are rearing buffaloes and cows in large numbers. Rajkumar, a resident of the Mettupalayam railway gate area, has taken land on lease and is farming here. Here he is rearing 40 buffaloes, milking them, and selling them. In this situation, when the buffaloes were leaving the cows to graze, some people poured acid on the buffaloes.
More than 20 buffaloes were seriously injured in this brutal attack. All the animals like the mother and calf are bleeding from the head, back, and legs. government officials such as Animal Husbandry Department, Revenue Department, and police rushed to the spot and are currently investigating the matter. Due to the acid attack, a serious medical examination is done for the buffalo cow as the cows are suffering from food indigestion. The owner of the farm said that while a complaint has been lodged at the Mettupalayam police station, Blue Cross and the district administration should take appropriate action against the people involved in this brutal act. It is said that there has been a loss of more than 30 lakhs due to this.The incident of some people pouring acid on the buffaloes when they were letting the cows graze has caused a great shock.
