Moinabad police has arrested a notorious fraudster named Syed Burhanuddin who was cheating people by misleading them for a long time. Burhanuddin used to claim himself to be close to rahul gandhi and other big congress leaders. According to the information, he built trust among the people by getting photographs taken with these leaders in different public events and took advantage of this to cheat them.
Syed Burhanuddin sent fake ED notices to many innocent people by misusing the identity of CBI, ED and IAS officers. He threatened them through these notices and threatened to appear in Delhi. He used to extort money from people by scaring them. Apart from this, he used to extort more money by claiming to solve their cases as a lawyer.
Action started against Burhanuddin
Burhanuddin along with his nine companions threatened a land owner in Moinabad. He claimed that he would solve the land dispute. In another case, he duped a person of ₹1.5 crore by promising to solve a dispute related to an IAS officer.
Rowdy sheet filed against Burhanuddin
Eight cases are filed against Syed Burhanuddin in the jurisdiction of Cyberabad police and four in hyderabad city. police said that no charge sheet has been filed against him yet. The rowdy sheet has been filed against him under the direction of Cyberabad DCP Srinivas.
Action on victims' complaint
Based on the complaints of the victims, the police have arrested Burhanuddin. The officials have also started investigating his entire fraud scheme and the rest of the people involved in it. This arrest has raised the hope of other victims also getting justice.
