On investigation, it was found that this person is Nishant Gupta, a resident of 118 Free Hold Nandagram. According to the police, the accused was misleading the general public by uploading this video and photo on social media. Also, he has made this content viral with the intention of establishing dominance in the area. This is a criminal case. A case has been registered in Nandagram police station on the complaint of Inspector Brijesh Kumar. The police have registered a case under sections 125 and 205 of BNS as well as IT Act 66d.
