Stamps of Rs 10 to 25 thousand will no longer be available?

The yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has taken many important decisions. A total of 19 proposals were approved in the cabinet meeting held in Lok Bhavan on Monday. Important decisions related to eliminating physical stamp paper and implementing e-stamp, wheat procurement, new medical colleges and industrial development were taken in these decisions. After the meeting, Finance minister Suresh Khanna informed that all the proposals have been passed unanimously.

Big change regarding stamp paper

The yogi government has decided to phase out physical stamp papers ranging from Rs 10,000 to Rs 25,000. Now the e-stamping system will be implemented in their place. The government believes that this will bring transparency in the stamp system and prevent fraud. According to the government, the old stamp papers will be valid till march 31, 2025. After this they will not be accepted. With this decision, stamp papers worth more than Rs 5,630 crore will be bid out.

Chittu Pandey Medical college to be built in Ballia

The government has decided to build a medical college in the name of freedom fighter Chittu Pandey in Ballia district. For this, 14.05 acres of land has been transferred free of cost. Out of this, the medical college will be built on 12.39 acres of land, while the rest will be used for the statue of Chittu Pandey and the campus will be beautified. The government says that this will improve health facilities in the area and people will get better treatment.

New nursing college in Bulandshahr

4570 square meters of land has been transferred for the establishment of a nursing college in Bulandshahr. Nursing colleges are being built in 27 medical colleges in the state and this decision will strengthen the health sector.

300-bed Obs & Gynae block in Saifai

The yogi government has approved the construction of a 300-bed Obs & Gynae block at the Uttar Pradesh Medical university in Saifai (Etawah). It will also include a pediatric block. Financial approval of more than Rs 232 crore has been given for this.

Land transferred for agra Metro rail Project

The land of the Horticulture and Food Processing Department and the home Department has been transferred to the Urban Development Department for the first and second corridors of the agra Metro rail Project. Through this, the expansion of the metro will accelerate and the transport system in agra will be strengthened.
