'Tahawwur Rana should be hanged as soon as possible'
Devika said, "We have not got complete justice, the officers who were martyred have not received full tribute. When the mastermind is caught and killed, then we will feel that complete justice has been done. It took 16 years to bring Tahawwur Rana. The only punishment for a terrorist should be hanging. The victim of the mumbai terror attack said, "I was shot on the night of 26/11. I was at CHD station with my family. Kasab shot me in my right leg. Many people were shot in front of my eyes. I can never forget that night. My father had identified both the terrorists and I had identified Kasab. If I forget that night, it will seem as if I have forgiven the terrorists. Apart from Tahawwur Rana, the masterminds in pakistan should also be brought to india and hanged."
