

Non-bailable warrant issued against Mukhtar Ansari's wife!
Even after the death of mafia don Mukhtar Ansari, the troubles of his family do not seem to end. In the last 24 hours, one after the other legal noose was seen tightening on his wife Afsa Ansari. In Ghazipur, the reward amount on Afsa Ansari has been increased to 50 thousand, while the district court of Mau district has issued a non-bailable warrant against her.
The Mau court has taken this action in connection with case 129/2020 registered in police station Dakshin Tola, in which serious allegations are made against Afsa Ansari. Action has been initiated against her under section 299 of CrPC for repeatedly not appearing in the court and her name is now being registered in the 'Makrul Register', which is a list of those accused who remain absconding and do not appear in court.
Due to this, a permanent arrest warrant was issued
Afsa Ansari has not yet recorded her statement in the case registered in Thana Dakshin Tola, on which the court showed strictness and issued a permanent arrest warrant. Earlier, action under Section 82 and 83 had been taken against her. Area Officer nagar Anjani Kumar Pandey informed that now the next legal process has been expedited on the order of the court.
Afsa Ansari's name will be recorded in the Makrul Register
He said, "A reward was also announced on Afsa Ansari earlier, and now her name will be recorded in the 'Makrul Register'. Further legal action is being taken as per the instructions of the court." Mau district court issued a non-bailable warrant. In Mau, the reward amount on Anfsa Ansari has already been increased to ₹ 50 thousand. Name registered in 'Makrul Register' for being continuously absent in the hearing. Action is being taken under Section 299, the administration is in alert mode. The way the legal pressure on Mukhtar Ansari's family is increasing after his death, has created panic among his supporters. It is clear that now the administration is in no mood to give any leniency.
