Union Public service Commission (UPSC) declared the results of Civil services Examination-2021 on Monday, in which shruti Sharma won and stood first. While Ankita Aggarwal, and Gamini Singla came in second and third place respectively. According to the information, a total of 685 candidates including 508 men and 177 women passed in this examination. 


Speaking to ANI, shruti from Bijnor, who topped the UPSC Exam 2021, expressed happiness over her success saying that her parents and friends helped her a lot in her journey. The rest of the work was completed by hard work and patience. shruti has been a student of St. Stephen's College, delhi University, Delhi. 


Shruti's mother also expressed happiness over the daughter's achievement. He said, "I am very happy because he is happy. It is all because of his efforts. He was only interested in studies. We had to ask him to sleep. He made limited use of social media.


Let us tell you, after doing post-graduation from jawaharlal nehru University (JNU), shruti was preparing for civil for the last four years. She was also a student of the residential coaching academy of Jamia Millia Islamia. The successful candidates include 244 from the general category, 73 from the economically weaker section, 203 from the other backward class, 105 from the scheduled caste and 60 from the scheduled tribe.  Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated the successful candidates and encouraged those who did not pass the examination.
