Ingredients
2 bunches Spanish
Half tsp salt
Half tsp pepper powder
1 Lime
Method of preparation
1. Wash and finely chop the spinach.
2. Place the spinach in a container of the cooker and sprinkle water over it. Pressure cook for two minutes.
3. Drain and place the spinach in a serving plate. Sprinkle pepper powder over it and squeeze lime over it.
4. Toss the spinach and serve as a salad , garnished with lemon slices and strips.
